These terms apply to The Caffeinate website and free beta software. Keep backups and review exported files before relying on them.

You retain ownership of your documents. You are responsible for having permission to edit, convert, or process the files you select.

Advertisements and affiliates

The website and application may contain clearly labeled advertisements or affiliate links. You never need to click an advertisement to use or export from the application.

No warranty

The software and service are provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. The GNU AGPL v3 contains additional applicable terms.
